YouTube training update

Here are Saturday and Tuesday’s training sessions. I’ve been making it a habit to get out of the gym fast. If I don’t keep moving or if I sit down, my workouts take forever. Bench day, May 26, 2017

This week i started my taper for my powerlifitng meet. I worked up to three singles of my opener and then put on the slingshot and pressed 315×3, 335×1 and 345×1. Then i put the FatGripz on the bar and hit some close grips at 224. Finished off with some back and bi’s.
