There’s a reason that these have been around for so long. Protein, aminos, multi-vitamin and creatine have been a staple for bodybuilders for years.

Always be a beginner

The other morning I woke up and started my morning routine. I walked down to the kitchen and started the tea kettle for my coffee. Filled my lunch bag. Put on my gym clothes.
